My dog is 12lbs@12years old. Vet recommends a low salt diet due to enlarged heart. Which food would u recommend. He has been on fresh pet for years. He is presently on multigrain.

Our lowest sodium recipe is the Freshpet Complete Nutrition Roll, which has a sodium content of 0.10% as fed and 0.47% on a dry matter basis. I have 3 small dogs. I only feed wet in the morning and dry free feed rest of day. How much food would I feed in morning? ½ pound seems  like a lot.
