My dog doesn't like the roll that you slice it's anyone else having this problem

Hi Denise, we're sorry to hear your dog didn't enjoy our Deli Fresh Beef Rolls. We offer a variety of meals and rolls with different proteins that your pup may be a bigger fan of. Please visit https://www.freshpet.com/products to explore our other recipes. When feeding a Freshpet recipe for the first time, we recommend a slow transition over 7-10 days to help avoid food refusals and digestive upsets. To ease the transition, gradually introduce the recipe by mixing a small amount with your dog's current food and then slowly increase the portion of the new recipe over time. Hope this helps!

Do you make smaller bags because my dog cannot finish 6 pounds in seven days

Hi Kim, our recipes are available in various sizes ranging from 1 lb. to 6 lb., depending on the recipe. You can explore our full range at https://www.freshpet.com/products To view the available sizes, simply choose the recipe you're interested in and scroll down to the available sizes tab. Additionally, you can feel free to freeze the recipe in pre-portioned daily servings upon opening if it is a bit too much for your dog to finish within 7 days. When you're ready to use it, just thaw a portion overnight in the fridge for the next day's feeding. Keep in mind that the texture and moisture may change slightly after freezing, but the nutritional value stays the same. Hope this helps!
